Greetings Friends! For those of you who have been watching my regular website (http://www.jerrydodrill.com), or stopped by Bodega looking for us, you'll know that Arienne and I closed our photography gallery back in February. We greatly appreciate everyone who helped make that endeavor a huge success. Thank you! But after five years, and exacerbated by the downturn in the economy, our hearts were craving change. I needed more time in the mountains, behind the lens, climbing, traveling, and getting after it. The gallery both fed and drained my creative energy, and it was past time for Arienne to pursue her own dreams. Sitting in one place too long stifles the spirit.
I can't believe the opportunities that present themselves when you step out the door and shut it behind you. The world is there in front of you to see and experience. What I miss is the friends and regular visitors who stopped by to say hello and see what was new. It was you who kept me going. We are moving forward and the path is exciting.
So watch the regular website, but stay tuned here for current news, trip reports from climbing and photo excursions, random thoughts, perspectives. There's no telling how this will evolve.
